We also offer a Facility Management package, therefore becoming your one stop service provider. With our comprehensive maintenance service we comply with all manufacturer's warranty requirements, offer a call out facility for equipment breakdowns and a repair / replacement service where components have failed.

Standard Service Level

This level of cover complies to manufacturer's recommendations. This is widely used as all that is paid for is the specified maintenance visits per annum. Any additional labour, parts and materials are charged extra as required. Normally quotes would be issued for approval, prior to additional work taking place.

Labour Inclusive Service Level

Our Labour Inclusive Service Level is as per our Standard Service Level but with the added benefit of all breakdown labour costs incurred in normal working hours being included in the cover.

Tailored Service Option

As well as the Standard Service Level and our Labour Inclusive Service Level we can offer our clients a Tailored Service Option. More information about this is available on request.
