Sean Green ~ Commercial Director

Sean has gained extensive experience in the design and application of systems, having joined the Scubair team from a contracting background. Sean takes care of day-to-day matters for the company, while ensuring all projects run smoothly.

John McGowan ~ Technical Director

John Co-ordinates and site manages our installation teams, ensuring that they are fully up-to-date with the latest training.

Alistair Parker ~ Technical Director

With a Degree in Marine Engineering, Alistair is well placed as one of our Technical Directors. He Co-ordinates and manages our on-site installations, providing advice on Health & Safety matters.

Scubair Service Office

Mark Lund ~ Service Department Manager

Mark started his apprenticeship within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry in 1986, over the last 20 years Mark has gained valuable experience working in the service, maintenance and installation departments. He also has knowledge of Heating and Water Treatment projects.

Vic Popiolek ~ Service Manager

Vic joined Scubair in 2001 bringing 30 years of service and maintenance experience with him. Ensuring that we continue to offer rapid response for our contract customers. Vic’s technical knowledge allows him to deal directly with on site problems.

Julie Proud ~ Service Co-Ordinator

Since starting with Scubair in 2005, Julie has become the key to the successful organisation and administration of the Service Department. Julie manages our team of service engineers, co-ordinating maintenance and breakdown work. Julie liaises daily with our customers to ensure the Service Department runs effectively.

Andrew Purrott ~ Project Manager

Andrew joined us with a wealth of experience spanning ventilation and air conditioning projects, from prestige domestic applications to multi-tenanted office buildings. Andrew has over 15 years experience and an HNC in Building Services.

Nick Davis ~ Project Manager

Nick joined us having previously worked as a Project Engineer for a company based in Newbury. Nick brings a wealth of air conditioning experience spanning 16 years including projects in the retail, leisure and commercial sectors.

Martin Lambourne ~ Project Manager

Martin joined us having previously been a director of a large air conditioning company for many years based in Newbury. Martin brings a wealth of air conditioning and ventilation experience as well as his knowledge of plumbing/boilers and electrical systems. Martin has been in the industry for over 30 years, working with a vast range projects in various fields.

Jill Bannister ~ Accountant

Jill is a highly competent Book-Keeper and Office Manager. She is responsible for both the day-to-day running of the office and all Scubair related accounts.
