Maintenance:
We offer a comprehensive maintenance service, providing routine maintenance to comply with manufacturers warranty requirements, call out facility for equipment breakdowns, and a repair/replacement service where components have failed.

We are able to work with clients to improve the running costs of their buildings, not only from an air-conditioning view point, but as a complete package. This helps to reduce the running costs and to improve their carbon footprint.

Air conditioning and ventilation equipment include:

• Individual split systems providing cooling only, or heating and cooling.
• VRF systems incorporating multiple indoor units to be connected to a single outdoor unit whilst still allowing individual control for each unit. VRF systems include inverter control technology, allowing the system to use only the amount of energy required by the indoor units, and heat recovery systems which allow simultaneous heating and cooling between units on the same refrigerant circuit. Heat recovery is achieved by diverting exhaust heat from indoor units in cooling mode to areas requiring heating.
• Close control computer room systems incorporating humidifiers where required.
• Dehumidification equipment for buildings where moisture levels present a problem, ie - Basements, cellars, indoor swimming pools.
• Fresh air and extract ventilation systems.
• Heat recovery ventilation systems recovering up to 70% of the heat from the exhaust air stream and transfering it to the incoming airstream, hence reducing the running costs and removing the need for large heater batteries and associated control panels. Commercial kitchen ventilation systems including canopies, smoke, grease and odour control systems.
• Domestic extract ventilation for kitchens and bathrooms.

Equipment:
Scubair are approved installers for Daikin, Mitsubishi and Toshiba air conditioning equipment, amongst many others, and are able to offer warranties of up to 5-years.

Facilities:
We employ the latest computer aided draughting systems to produce accurate high quality drawings, with the facility to be sent to the client by e-mail where possible.
