Building Services represent a major investment for any company; failure of any service could mean substantial repair costs and potentially disastrous consequences, particularly if work is seriously disrupted.

Scubair can tailor a specific maintenance package to meet all customer requirements, giving you total peace of mind.

Even with the most efficient maintenance programme, plant failure can occur. Should this arise, we will be there within guaranteed agreed response times, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via our emergency service helpdesk.

Whether an Air Conditioning or Ventilation problem the relevant skilled personnel will arrive on site, fully equipped to deal with any breakdown situation.

The Service Department is able to offer 24-hour service to all of our contracted customers, with a diversity of skills and trades to cover all your building services needs including; Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Water Treatment contracts.

As well as supplying the above services, our Service Department are also able to supply a Facilities Management package, therefore becoming your one stop service provider.

We offer a comprehensive maintenance service, providing routine maintenance to comply with manufacturers warranty requirements, call out facility for equipment breakdowns, and a repair/ replacement service where components have failed.

If any breakdown requires major works, this would be undertaken only after a written quotation has been supplied for customer approval.

We have various contracts available to suit your requirements, Scubair have the pleasure in offering the three main options of Bronze, Silver and Gold Cover.

Bronze cover, Offers a level that complies with manufacturer’s recommendations. This is widely used by customers, as it covers all the specific maintenance visit per annum. All labour, parts and materials for breakdowns to be charged extra.

Silver cover, same as above with the additional benefit of all labour costs for breakdowns during normal working hours. Out of normal hours calls, parts and materials to be charged extra.

Gold cover, for total peace of mind. This type of cover is an all-inclusive contract. ie: Silver, plus all parts and materials required for repairs. Out of normal hours calls to be charged extra.

We are able to offer any of the above service contracts on a fixed price basis for five years; this not only gives a cost saving, being a fixed price, but also helps in budgeting.
